About Iulia
I grew up dancing ballroom dance, then I developed myself in contemporary and classic styles, shuffle dance and in 2020 I switched to feminine dance styles such as: frame up strip, heels, lady dance and now I teach them. I can teach in English or Italian.

- improvisation
Our dance class will consist of 3 parts: warm-up, basic movements routine, choreography. Stretching class includes warm-up as well and exercises for different muscle groups. On improvisation classes I give techniques that help to find new dancing forms, this class is pretty meditative :) Sometimes I include stretching and improvisation exercises to dance classes plan. If you're beginner or have an intermediate dance level - welcome to my classes!
