About Ally
Bonjour, I'm Ally!
I studied French Language at Eastern Michigan University, with a background in psychology, and I've spent my career in roles built around patience, listening, and helping people feel capable. Today I work in psychiatric rehabilitation, supporting people in building confidence and skills at their own pace. I bring that same approach to my French lessons.
My lessons are for beginners, returning learners, nervous speakers, and anyone who stutters. We'll focus on real conversation, built around what you want French for, whether that's travel, school, work, or family. You set the pace, and I'll meet you there.
I've lived in the Nashville area for five years and teach online and locally in Franklin and Nashville. When I'm not teaching, you'll find me lifting in a gym, creating content around stuttering, and telling stories about advocacy and community.
