About Abby
Hello! My name is Abby, and I teach in an elementary school during the day! I have taught students all different things for over five years. I am excited to meet you, have fun, and grow our brains together! Some fun facts about me are: I have one dog! I love swimming! I love house plants! I am a certified paraprofessional and behavioral health professional, with my associate's degree in teacher education as well as a certificate in special education. I have plenty of experience working with regular education students and helping them grow their brains! I work with children ages 5 to 9.

I teach while having fun and being creative; however, the fun doesn't mean we aren't learning! I am someone who has patience, is calm, and willing to push through all those tough moments.

We will use visuals, and we won't rush the work. As long as we are trying, then we are making progress and learning. I want all questions to be asked; this is a safe space!
