Sampson was my tutor throughout Year 13, helping me to prepare for A-level Economics and Politics. On the whole, his teaching was absolutely excellent. Always fun and engaging and really good knowledge of the syllabus! Retrospectively, I think the tutoring was very instrumental in helping me to achieve A* for both of the subjects and thus meet my conditional offer for PPE at Oxford.

Sampson worked with me on my Macroeconomic Policy module, working through the final essay, the topic of which I could not make heads or tails of before we started, but consider myself a bit of an expert on now, all thanks to his support. Sampson is very capable and has a wide range of knowledge across different schools of thought in economics as well as in the more technical portions.
