First Lenny created an environment of openness and asked quality questions to understand my needs. Next as I got to learn about him it allowed me to ask/learn additional unexpected things.
Then he led me through addressing my issues via shared screens and helping me understand how certain things in Mac world work. We were able to drill down a primary issue and with his guidance solve it. Whew!
