About Alex

FOR 18 YEARS I have been strengthening and guiding nervous speakers to become CALM, CLEAR, and CONFIDENT communicators. This has been online, in person, and also on stage before crowds of hundreds.

I've lived in 3 different countries and mixed with a large variety of cultures, building a vast understanding of the different communication approaches.

I'm proud to say I've taught many people how to calm themselves down about speaking in front of a crowd, and their stress levels are lower. Stress, past experiences, and self-doubt can no longer hold them back from their speaking potential.

MY APPROACH is empathetic, practical and tailored to your needs. Rather than teaching rigid techniques or “performance confidence,” I help you understand and change what happens internally while you’re speaking. This allows confidence to grow naturally, without forcing or pretending. It can happen very quickly.

I have supported clients with:

- interviews and career-related communication
- online calls and group discussions
- social and everyday speaking situations

My lessons centre on your communication improving from the core, not just a surface level of technique.
You will learn to master the following:
- quiet your inner judge and overthinking
- lower your nerves and physical tension
- stay grounded while being seen and heard

To gain a clear picture of each topic, we will always answer 3 questions: WHAT is it, WHY is it important and HOW can you improve?

YOU’LL FEEL more at ease, more present, and less self-critical — not just better prepared. My work focuses on self-trust, calm, and a natural speaking presence, rather than forcing confidence or performance.

Your first lesson is free. We use it to understand your specific challenges and give you practical insights you can apply immediately, with no pressure or obligation.

After that, sessions last 50 minutes and include guided practice with clear, constructive feedback. Between sessions, students receive a realistic goal or assignment to work on and apply in real life.

  • 1) How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practicing?

    I’ve been interested and working in coaching and communication for around 18 years. Over time, my work naturally expanded beyond speaking skills into well-being, mindset, and emotional resilience, because confidence and communication always start internally. Supporting people’s mental and emotional balance is now a central part of what I practice every day with clients.
  • 2) Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

    It helps people feel more stable and self-trusting. When your thoughts are calmer and your self-talk is kinder, everything changes - how you communicate, how you handle challenges, and how you see yourself and people. My work isn’t about “performing confidence,” but about helping people feel naturally at ease in their own skin.
  • 3) Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    Slow your breathing and lengthen the exhale - it quickly calms the nervous system.
    Spend a few minutes each day away from tech, distractions and just be present with your surroundings.
    Notice your self-talk and soften it; speak to yourself as you would to a friend.
    Demonstrate an act of kindness without expecting anything back.
  • 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    My method is empathetic and focused on the root rather than surface techniques. Instead of tips or performance tricks, we work on the foundations — awareness, nervous system calm, and self-trust. When these shift, confidence, positive thinking, and clear communication develop naturally and sustainably.
  • 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    I’ve learned that most people are far more capable than they think. Self-doubt is usually learned, not inherent. I’ve also unlearned the idea that growth has to be hard or dramatic - often it comes from simple awareness and small consistent steps.
  • 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    Yes Historical figures that have strived to have a 'big picture' view of life and then treat everyday and every person in that context - with love and not judgement. Examples: Concentration Camp Survivors, Marcus Aurelius, Jesus Christ, Bruce Lee.
  • 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    Exercising in Nature, breathing exercises, and time away from screens help me reset. Playing games with friends and engaging in conversation with those closest to me.
  • 8) Tell us about a memorable lesson

    Not one in particular but certainly times where the power of listening and understanding completely change one's demeanor. That's lovely to see.
