About Kate
My name is Kate and I am a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience and love working with young people. Not only am I head of department but also a head of year so work very closely with all different needs and abilities.
Outside of school I have three children and a dog which keeps me very busy. I offer personal training sessions in the students house or outside locally. I specialize in improving students confidence, mental health and fitness levels. This can be from starting running again to improving a specific muscle area. I have also worked closely with women after childbirth who want to gradually get back into their fitness.

Tuition: I provide lessons which are all catered around the individual. I am able to assist with exam based content, coursework and enable the students to get the best grades.
I provide lessons of 30minutes up to an hour and cater for all age groups.
I have been teaching for over 20 years and am currently head of department within a secondary school.
Personal training: I work with all ages, sizes and abilities. From non runners and complete beginners to students with a Personal time to beat in a competitive race.
