About Gem Language

I am a professional language instructor with a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and over 25 years of experience teaching international learners from beginner to advanced levels. My lessons focus on helping students use English or Japanese confidently in real-life situations, whether for work, study, travel, or daily communication.
Before becoming a language educator, I worked at Hitachi, one of Japan’s leading global companies. This experience allows me to support students who want to improve their professional communication in international environments.
I design lessons based on each student’s goals, level, and learning style, and I continuously adjust instruction using feedback during the lesson. My aim is to help students build confidence, practical communication skills, and steady progress in a supportive learning environment.
