About Hrachya

During my undergraduate years, one thing I didn't like about teaching by some of my professors was that they delivered the topic plainly without any real example. And although that provides some theoretical knowledge, you don't really know what to do with it in practice. Furthermore, some people evade to answer questions to which they don't have an answer.
Around 6-7 years ago, I've started teaching Physics at my university during my Master's degree. Immediately, I've started to shape my teaching methods to reflect how I would like other people to teach me and I've gotten good at it.
The "rules" I have established for myself are the following:
1. Patience. I am willing to explain the same thing to the same student over and over and in different ways if needed. Every person has a unique way of learning.
2. Honesty. I never evade a question. Questions we can't answer are the ones that make us learn new things. You don't know the answer? Be honest about it, do some research and learn something new.
3. Last but not least - Responsibility. It is said that teachers have the most important job in the world. And I completely agree. They shape the future of their students, that's why this job requires high degree of responsibility.

My students like the way I can explain simple and complex things with relevant real-world examples. Is it a programming concept? I will explain it as simply as I can teach you how to ride a bike, or how to play a certain videogame. Students can interrupt me anytime and ask me even the seemingly most elementary question and I will break it down further for them.

I have been using Python for over 4 years and teaching it for the last year and a half. That said, I have a full introduction course ready that will take approximately 1.5 months. If you prefer to have a one-time lesson, we can arrange that as well. Just let me know the topic you're interested in and we can have a discussion.

Age of my students differed over time greatly, from school pupils to middle-aged professionals, who desired to change their field of work. As for the level of my students, I'm teaching people who are complete beginners, as well as people who already have some experience and knowledge in the field.

Feel free to reach me for good, quality Python lessons :)
