About Edwin
I have been breakdancing for over 20 years, have competed and performed all over South Africa. I have taught at different dance studios and conducted workshops across the country. I really enjoy private lessons, because they allow enough time and attention to that student which helps them to learn faster.

Breakdancing combines creativity and fitness. It’s about reacting to the music, being free, and confident to express yourself. The artistic element is what makes it so different from most other sports.
There are 4 main elements in breakdancing: Toprocks, Footwork, Freezes and Power moves all with different fitness benefits.
