About Ren-Neasha
What makes me the ideal candidate for this role is my ability to combine theory and practice from various disciplines to help develop tailored-fit applications for the classroom setting. For example, my skills in quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis (SPSS, MAXQDA, NVIVO), geographic information systems (ArcMap, ArcGIS, Story Mapping), conference/workshop planning communications, proposal writing, project management (over three years combined experience), and teaching (over six years’ experience) have equipped me with invaluable skills that will make me an asset to students.

Ms. Ren-Neasha Blake was my tutor during my undergrad studies at the University of the West Indies. She tutored me for my course on International Security Issues. Ms. Blake teaches exceptionally well and her tutoring style is of the highest standard. Her classes are interactive and she always makes room for questions. She is incredibly patient and very knowledgeable in her taught subject area. She articulates the material and explanations of her lessons excellently. Her classes were enjoyable, and I learnt a lot because of her teaching style. Most importantly, she gives her students constructive and productive feedback. She is the best tutor I have had and highly recommend her for any student. You won’t regret choosing her!Ms. Blake was a very thorough and knowledge tutor who guided my statistics course with much clarity. She was always willing to assist and was patient with students who did not readily grasp material. Ms. Blake is very capable.
Ren-Neasha is a trustworthy teacher because she always shows up and makes herself available to students. She provides a safe space for students to openly state their concerns and questions without feeling ashamed or nervous. She also equips students with the necessary tools and materials to tackle academic challenges, and she never ill-advised me or any of my fellow peers that have been taught by her.
