About Rebecca
I am an experienced French tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, working with High School and College students, and I have successfully guided around 150 to 200 students. My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals and encouraging steady progress. I believe that when students clearly understand the basics, they can move forward with confidence and ease.
I take a step-by-step approach, ensuring that each concept is well understood before introducing new topics. I use structured lessons, practical examples, and interactive activities to make learning effective and engaging. I also emphasize regular speaking practice to help students build fluency and confidence.
One of my key achievements is helping students improve their academic results and develop strong communication skills. Many of my students have shown consistent progress and developed a genuine interest in French.

My teaching approach for French is student-centered and practical. I believe language learning becomes easier when students can connect it with real-life situations. I use real-life examples and simple case studies to help students understand how French is used in daily conversations, travel, education, and work environments.
I also maintain flexibility in my teaching. Every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons based on their level, pace, and goals. Whether a student is preparing for exams, improving speaking skills, or learning for personal interest, I create a customized plan.
Collaboration is an important part of my sessions. I encourage open discussions, role-plays, and interactive activities so students feel confident using the language. I also create a supportive and compassionate learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
Along with French, I also support related subjects such as basic grammar, communication skills, pronunciation training, and cultural understanding. This helps students not only learn the language but also use it effectively in real-life situations.
