About Matthew
My name is Matthew, I have studied at Laurier University and Schulich School of Education. I am an Ontario certified teacher that loves to see the educational growth of students throughout their time in tutoring. I love to bring the lessons to life so all learners have the ability to grow and understand the topic. I have taught many students who had English as their second language and am passionate to help all students throughout their school career.

My teaching methods are based on the philosophy, all students have the ability to succeed. A typical tutoring session includes a basic overview of the concept in any subject and any sort of homework or questions being answered by myself, along with this I will also bring extra work for the student to complete in our session to see their growth, and continual growth as the units and difficulty progress. As a tutor I will always make sure that any student that reaches out for help will receive it. I will help the student grow and not only get the correct answer, but understand how they got the specific answer. My tutoring sessions are designed for anyone from grades 1-10.
