Isuri and I are peers across many university groups. I believe she would make a wonderful teacher since she speaks with empathy in everything she does. She is a passionate leader. She understands student needs, and she is an excellent listener. She is flexible and a great problem solver. Over the time I have known her, she has always worked hard to achieve her goals. She is driven and self-motivated. She is also a good team player. I have worked with her at university on multiple projects, and she always has a positive energy that radiates throughout the room.
