About SUNIL
I am a Consultant Pediatrician for the past 30 years, and also an International Tai Chi Instructor. I have learnt this ancient energy arts from two different masters in China. I have been practising this amazing exercise for the past 12 yrs and teaching it for the past 6 years. My course has benefitted lots of students, teachers, young professionals, doctors, and senior citizens. I have also conducted free programs for breast cancer survivors and college students.

I teach Tai Chi for beginners, as well as take more advanced lessons for trained students. I teach a sequence of 18 movements in a sequential manner , in a step wise manner. Any body with any level of fitness can easily learn these 18 forms. I also incorporate the principles behind these movements, and supplement it with instruction manual, power points, videos and concise documents
