About Nathan
Hello! I am Nathan who graduated with a 2:1 in Sport & Exercise Science. I also hold a PGCE and a QTS in Physical Education with the University of Southampton and have just completed my Master's in Education.
I currently hold 2 years of working experience in the UK and Hong Kong across different educational settings in both primary and secondary level. These include teaching across a range of different curriculums including GCSE, A-Level, IBDP and the American AP Curriculum

I am a tutor who adopts a student-centred approach, tailoring every lesson to each learner’s own objectives and learning style. I focus strongly on exam success by helping students master key command terms (e.g. define, describe, evaluate, discuss) and develop structured, high-quality responses for IB and A-Level exam questions. I am very patient, easygoing and open minded, so lessons will always be fun as I always try to understand and cater for different students needs.
As a tutor, I also prioritise regular feedback for both students and, where appropriate, parents, to ensure consistent progress. In addition, I also explore different strategies to help learners enhance their subject understanding and exam technique over time. My lessons typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the learner’s preference and study goals.
