About Fabian

I have a Law degree, completed my notary practice, and am preparing for the notary exam: private law, inheritance law, and commercial law are the subjects I work on every day, at the highest levels of depth required by a public exam. Precisely for this reason, I understand the difference between "knowing the textbook" and knowing how to answer an exam: I know where students get stuck, which subjects are most frequently asked, and how to connect them. I coach law students on their most feared exams—Private Law, Commercial Law, and Inheritance Law—both to help them retake the exam after failing it and to improve their grades.

About the lesson

We start from the actual exam questions used in your course and by your professor. I ask you to present the topic as if you were in front of the examining board, I step in exactly where your reasoning breaks down, and from there we rebuild the legal concept: rules, rationale and connections with the rest of the subject.
A typical lesson: 1) we check what you have studied and which textbook you are using; 2) mock exam on the most likely questions; 3) we clear up the weak points with practical examples and real cases; 4) at the end, I give you precise indications on what to review before the next lesson.
The goal is not to memorise answers, but to learn to reason like a lawyer and walk into the exam confident in the way you present. Lessons are held online on Zoom or Meet, with shared outlines and materials, and are tailored to your level of preparation.
The first hour is free: we use it to understand your starting point and to build a work plan up to your exam date.
