About Yashra
I am a dedicated and motivated student who recently completed IGCSE, AS, and A-Levels, with a strong academic background in Biology and Physics. Having received 5A*s in IGCSE and 3 As in AS level, I can guide you to success. Having gone through the same curriculum myself, I understand the challenges students face and the strategies that truly make a difference in exams. My approach is patient, structured, and supportive; I focus on helping students build real understanding rather than memorizing content.
Through my experience as a PALS teaching mentor, I developed the ability to adapt my explanations to different learning styles and age groups. I believe every student learns differently, and I tailor lessons accordingly. As a TEDx speaker, I also value clear communication and confidence-building, encouraging students not only to improve academically but to express themselves effectively.
I am committed to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing with confidence.

Hi! I’m an experienced student offering online tutoring for IGCSE, AS and A-Levels, with additional support available for English and speaking skills. Having recently completed these levels myself, I understand what exam boards expect and how to break down complex concepts into clear, structured understanding. My lessons focus on strengthening fundamentals, mastering exam techniques, and building confidence through guided practice and targeted past paper strategies.
Beyond academics, I served as a PALS teaching mentor, supporting younger students in their learning while developing patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills. As a TEDx speaker, I also provide guidance in presentation skills, public speaking, and spoken English confidence for students preparing for orals, interviews, or school presentations.
My goal is not just to improve grades, but to help students feel capable, confident, and in control of their learning.
