About Deepak
I'm an international FIDE-rated chess player and my peak FIDE rating is 1624. I have been playing chess for the last 12 years and working as a professional chess coach for the previous 5 years with 2 years of online teaching experience. As a CHESS player, *Won inter-college chess championships in 2015 & 2016 *Represented Punjabi University in the north zone inter-university championship 2016 * Represented Punjab State at the 37th National team chess championship 2017 * Won inter-college chess championship in 2017 *Represented Punjabi University in the north zone inter-university championship 2017 * Represented Punjab State at the 38th National team chess championship 2018 * Bronze medal at Punjab state cities chess championship 2018 * Represented Punjab State at the 19th National cities team chess championship 2018 * Bronze medal at Punjab state cities chess championship 2019 * Silver medal at senior district chess championship 2023 *Won silver medal at Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan 2023-25 *Gold medal at Amateur Below 1700 I also work with schools as a chess coach and teach various kids. They have performed well in the district and state tournaments.

My training structure depends on whether the student is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Regular solving of tactics to improve pattern recognition and theoretical endgames, to begin with, basic knowledge of openings and games of past legendary players. Some of the things you can expect us to cover in our sessions are the following: * Piece Movement * Tactical Vision * Dynamic Interplay * Positional Awareness * Strategic Plan-Making * Opening Knowledge * Middlegame Principles * Endgame Concepts * Overall Psychology I will teach how to play professionally at chess tournaments. Students will learn the movements of each piece, common checkmate patterns, special moves (like castling, en passant), basic opening and unique combinations. You will see a visible difference in their game in just a month.
