About William
I have been in the Information Technology business for my entire career. Before I was a Project Leader, I was a programmer with little to no social or networking skills but then I was placed in a team or department head setting and learned how to evaluate, assess performance and potentials, direct individual and team work efforts, and allow my teams / members to find their paths to successful engagements.
When I got into Consulting, I was given the responsibility of overseeing consultant(s) performances on their assignments and began to coach these teams and individuals in how to anticipate client expectations and issues so that we would have a good chance of being re-hired in the future. These interactions with Consulting Sales, Project / Assignment Delivery, Customer Issues and Expectations, gave me valuable experiences in anticipating needs and satisfying those with the highest quality services achievable.
Let me help you now!
