I am a student at Calcutta School of Music learning Western Classical for 2 Years. I have been playing Guitar since 2004 and have been into many concerts and played at many stages. I have also learnt Non-classical guitar for 3 years and have mastered Blues and Rock music. I don't like students rushing into music without learning the basics. I have learned Classical guitar initially for 6 years and learning advanced training now.
I always start with the basics and slowly move into more complicated guitar playing. It always funs learning music and blending it with modern day music in your own style.
Learning guitar from basics helps you develop your own style of playing and makes you develop your own sound.
