About Kori
I have an educational background in psychology, sociology, biology and I have been a coach for over 25 years. I have coached numerous figure skaters to national, international and world championships and coached at the Olympic Games as well. I have worked with athletes in gymnastics, dance, baseball, basketball, diving, ski and skating as a high performance mental training coach. I am the founder of the TAPS program (Total Athlete Performance Seminars), am a motivational speaker, author, mom and cancer survivor! I will work with you to design a unique plan incorporating all aspects of your life to assist you in your quest to achieve personal bests, set and meet goals, develop a growth mindset, and tap in to trusting yourself thru your sports journey.we will dive into roadblocks, face fears, and develop tools to overcome doubts. Sessions are generally 30-60min and aim to conclude with action steps you can implement immediately. The goal is to build autonomy and coach you to freedom from your own mental hurdles.
