I play hockey and a few other sports. I would consider myself pretty active, I do attend the gym regularly and fitness is a part of who I am.

I do a little bit of theory ( you can’t play the game if you don’t know the game)
And I make sure nobody feels left out.
My number 1 rule is to have fun.
I also focus on technique and skills the rest will fall into place.
