My approach is based on an initial assessment of my trainee's capability and their needs. focus on passing practical skills to whom are interested in the field - prefer one to one tutoring or at the most a maximum group of up to 3 enthusiastic graduates or post graduates. To maximize the benefit , a short course can be designed as needed - I also mentor a professional team in advanced virtual reality and walk through tools and development.
