About Christian
Hello! My name is Christian and I've had a passion for music since I started learning flute at age 12, now I am a first-year student of the Queensland Conservatorium. Since I was 12 I've always had a keen interest in music theory and it's inner-workings, hence why I chose to pursue music in tertiary study. As well as a flautist, I am also a singer and am a part of a men's A Capella chorus!
I love working with students and being able to share my knowledge of music to help them develop their skills and achieve individual goals.

I am looking to teach beginner to intermediate level students, offering 30-60 minute lessons for all ages. My lessons aim to develop critical music skills and technique while also being positive and engaging. I can help students learn their favourite songs, help them with band repertoire, or help them with their AMEB exams.
I have proficient knowledge that I will be able to use to help students develop their fundamental theory, technique, general knowledge, and playing style! All my lessons are catered to students' individual needs and learning styles.
I have years of orchestral experience, playing piccolo and flute for the Gold Coast Youth Orchestra and the 2021 Australian Honours Ensemble Program. I also completed AMEB Grade 6 passing with a high distinction. Currently, I am studying classical flute performance at the Queensland Conservatorium hoping to share some of what I learn at the conservatorium with my students.
