About Sharon

My tutoring is all about you, what do you need and how do you want to get there and what you need from me as a tutor. Using my skills as a coach and bringing my management experience and qualifications will enable me to tailor the lessons to your learning style.

My qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) Psychology degree
- Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) Undergraduate degree in Law
- Coaching and Mentoring to ILM level 5
- Business Practice Analysis diploma
- Prince 2 project management qualification

My experience:
- 25+ years of experience in business management, including 15 years in the NHS.
- Managing specialty training for junior doctors in the NHS for the past 5 years.
- Delivering key skills to junior doctors around business and management, in particular finance within the NHS, HR processes, and line management.
- Currently line manage 45 junior doctors and their training pathways.
- Prior experience as a store manager in retail and as an office support consultant.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the lesson

I am a qualified coach and mentor and use these approaches within my lessons which can be adapted to your specific requirements.

I hold a Master of Business Psychology degree and have taught business and management to junior doctors for over five years. My undergraduate degree is law.

I have been a business manager within the NHS for 15 years, but prior to this I have business management in the private sector and self employment experience.

I am able to tailor lessons for those at school to post graduate levels.
