About Kandace
Watching a student finally find their center while holding the instrument is where the real work begins. Shifting positions and refining bowing technique are essential, but I also emphasize the joy of playing throughout our sessions.
Whether we are polishing your intonation, classical repertoire, or left hand agility, I remain a patient guide. I have supported many individuals through their unique musical journeys. My approach ensures your posture and hold remain relaxed and effective. Confidence is the key outcome we work toward in every session.

As a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, I rely on my formal training to explain complex left hand agility and intonation clearly. We address tuning by ear during every single interaction to ensure your playing remains accurate.
