About Wes

I have been playing the violin since I was 11 years old. Shortly after I started playing, I began taking lessons, which led to more extracurricular activities. I was a member of my church's String Quintet for several years, and I studied at the Sarasota Youth Orchestra Program for three semesters, with a performance at the Van Wezel in Sarasota at the end of each season. I started learning the viola when I was 17.

Working on my Bachelor's in Musical Performance at USF Tampa, with 20 years of practice and performance with the violin and viola. I teach all levels and offer lessons for both instruments. I have experience playing/teaching classical and pop music.
