About Layza Helena

The methodology is developed according to the student's interests and objectives; as well as their abilities, skills and difficulties. Each class is planned based on my studies in Dance Degree, a course in which I will graduate from the Federal Institute of Brasília.

About the lesson

Hi! My name is Layza Grigoletto, I am 25 years old and I am a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer! I moved to the Federal District in 2016 to study Dance Degree at the Federal Institute of Brasília. Art-educator in training, I already had experience in Cias. of diverse styles, as well as in the classroom with different audiences: children, youth and adults. I believe in dance as a tool for education and transformation. Through your teaching, it is possible to develop self-knowledge, improve body awareness, expand our capacity for socialization and critical sense. Dance as a form of expression is something natural for human beings, so I say that we all know how to dance! Shall we take a class?
