About Péter
I have been playing chess competitively since I was 6 years old, and in 2011 I became an International Master (IM) with a highest rating of 2475. Although I have received a lot of guidance throughout my career, I have based most of my training on books and online materials, so I have a huge amount of experience to share. I work full-time as a risk manager, but I also play chess actively, and my greatest successes (Arco Open 1st place, Guimaraes Open 2nd place) were achieved while working.

The basic goal of the lessons is to map out the areas that need to be developed, to discuss what tools are available to develop them (books, online courses, chess programs) and to start the work on the given topic through one or two examples. After that, independent practice is essential. To start with, I would like to ask for a selection of games (online, offline), which I will review before the first lesson, and then in the training session we will draw conclusions and identify the most critical areas that need to be developed. I am primarily looking for applications from ambitious competitive chess players.
