About Lyba
I am well organized, efficient and self motivated. I have work experience of more than 3 years in HR field and almost have 1 year experience in SEO and typing online jobs. The key to my success all these years is quick learning skill. I have work with London base companies where I provide them with SEO services.
I personally write 2 research thesis by myself which help me to increase my typing speed.

At the start of each meeting, I ask the student how they're feeling, like if they're tired or excited about something going on in their life. This helps me better prepare for any distractions or a slow lesson, and I think this also lets them know that I care about their well-being and not just that they're at the lesson. Then, I ask how if they had any wins since we last met. I find that starting with this positivity helps both of us focus on the good, which often makes for a more productive session.
I then go over the agenda for the session so that they know what to expect. I also typically give them a brief quiz to go over the previous sessions' topics and see what they remember and or where they may need additional work. After the review, I try to connect how those previous topics relate to what we're going over in the current session. I go through the lesson, which typically involves the student reading material aloud and discussing the prompts with me. Finally, I leave at least five minutes at the end of the session for any additional questions about the material."
