About Favour

My name is Favour and I am a nutritionist by profession. I am cheerful, easygoing, jovial, and a fun kind of person. I love food and that is why I went to study it. And so far I have learned that the majority of our health issues are a result of bad, poor, or inadequate nutrition. That is why I want to open your minds to what is right for your body.

About the lesson

I am a cheerful person who loves to talk to people of different ages, even babies! Strange right?
I love sharing my views and listening to people. I also love talking to people about their health and why the should eat well. I will love to help you walk through the diet journey until it becomes a lifestyle. I love helping people and what better way to help than to share important knowledge with you.
