As a highly trained nutrition professional, I can provide expert advice on the nutrition, safety and health benefits of food.
Lessons start at an introductory basis, providing you with fundamental nutrition skills.
You will later progress to an intermediate level, exploring further into the role of food and nutrition.
Lessons at an advanced level will focus on the impact of nutrition, specifically in reducing the risk of disease and improving quality of life.
Lessons can be adapted to suit the individual i.e. diet and type-1 diabetes.
I also offer specialised lessons on the following topics:
