About Louise
I have studied extensively over the last 20 year's. I have worked in a couple of wellness and yoga retreats, and j have done consultancy work for health spas and have worked voluntarily in the nhs.

My teaching method is very person centred, over email, WhatsApp or Skype. I believe in going at the clients pace, providing time and email communications with supporting materials via email.
I offer weekly schedules, lectures/talks on alternative medicine. Cooking demonstrations and quizzes. I try to make sessions with me fun, informal and relaxed.
