Students should choose me as their violin, viola, or cello teacher because I bring over fifteen years of professional performance and teaching experience across the U.S. and abroad. As a skilled multi-instrumentalist and educator, I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual goals, focusing on strong technique, music theory, creativity, and confidence. My experience as a principal and section bassist with orchestras such as the Virginia Symphony and Wichita Grand Opera has given me a deep understanding of ensemble performance, discipline, and artistry. I’m passionate about helping students build lasting musical foundations and a lifelong love of music.
