About Kate
Born in SA, lived for many years in the UK and Europe, I have over 20 years professional experience in HR, People and Internal Comms. I completed my MBA in 2010 and use it daily in my own business where I run a successful strategy consulting business around inclusion, particularly in the neurodiversity space. My drivers are: - listening hard and seeing patterns - being enthusiastic about potential and cheering you on - also, bringing my experience to the fore when I can help you observe what has gone right or wrong I love helping people better understand how it all fits together. I love equipping people with the right tools and accommodations they need to thrive.

Here’s how a typical hour might unfold: First 10 minutes – We check in on your current needs, review any progress, and clarify today’s focus—be it academic, professional, or writing-related. Next 40 minutes – Deep dive into the core topic. This could include: Unpacking business or HR concepts Structuring an essay or thesis section Refining your CV or LinkedIn profile Practicing mock interviews Developing a study strategy or career plan Expect guidance, honest feedback, and practical tools you can use right away. Final 10 minutes – Wrap-up, Q&A, and a personalized action plan or next steps to keep you moving forward with confidence. Whether you're a student, job-seeker, or professional in transition, each hour is focused, friendly, and fully about you. I bring 20 years experience across a range of industries and work-related roles. I can help you think through the next step. Am I a coach?
