About Jace

I’m a Psychology graduate with a Bachelor of Psychology and a genuine passion for helping students feel more confident in their learning. I know that studying isn’t always easy, and I believe tutoring should be a supportive space where you can ask questions, work at your own pace, and build your understanding without feeling judged or pressured.

As a neurodiverse person myself, I understand that everyone learns differently. I take a patient, flexible, and individualised approach to tutoring, adapting my teaching style to suit each student and what works best for them. My goal is to make lessons feel comfortable, engaging, and easy to understand.

Whether you’re looking for help with psychology concepts, preparing for an assessment, or figuring out better study strategies, I’m here to work alongside you. I’ll help break things down into manageable steps, strengthen your understanding, and build your confidence along the way.

I’m friendly, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping my students succeed. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and learning at your own pace.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to be relaxed, supportive, and tailored to you. Everyone learns differently, so I take the time to understand what you’re struggling with, what you want to achieve, and how you learn best.

I’ll help break down difficult psychology concepts into simple, easy-to-understand explanations without making you feel overwhelmed. Depending on what you need, we might work through course content together, talk through examples, practise questions, prepare for an assessment, or develop study strategies that actually work for you.

Lessons are usually 60 minutes, but the pace and focus can be adjusted depending on what you need. I like to keep lessons interactive and encourage you to ask questions, share your ideas, and work through problems with me rather than simply listening to someone talk at you.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and have a strong academic background in psychology and criminology. I work with both high school and university students who want extra support with psychology, whether you’re finding a particular topic confusing, preparing for an assessment, or simply wanting to feel more confident in your studies.

My goal is not just to help you get through your next assignment or exam. I want to help you understand psychology in a way that makes sense to you, build your confidence, and develop skills you can use independently in the future.
