About Helen
I am an adult careers practitioner with a fundamental drive to support and empower others to have the jobs they deserve. Late diagnosed as AuDHD, I have lots of experience supporting others in a tailored way, at their pace. I have worked with a range of ages, backgrounds and neurotypes, and can help you find hidden jobs, decode job descriptions, write impactful applications, prepare and practice interviews and online tests. I have also supported people as they transition from higher education to work.
