I have implemented management systems for national and multinational companies. I am trained in the following management systems: Quality (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor), Health & Safety (Certified Occupational Health & Safety Specialist), Food Safety (ISO 22000 coordinator) and Environment (BSc). I have provided training to entry level staff, supervisors, managers and senior management.

My approach is to provide you with a 'plain english' understanding of the complex and convoluted language used by management system standards and find approaches to implementing programs that makes sense to you and are compliant to the standard.
