I'm a recent graduate (MA Honours, Edinburgh University) who has several years of experience at high end financial institutions. I recently changed career path and have accepted an offer from RMA Sandhurst to become an Army Officer. The most difficult part of career/personal development is honestly and accurately defining goals, for which I use a tried and tested method (the same one I use for my own goals). The next part would be to break down these goals and negotiate a workable plan to progress towards them.
