About Bianca

Hello, I’m Bianca — a qualified Early Years teacher and phonics specialist with nearly a decade of international teaching experience in Thailand.

I am passionate about supporting learners in building strong foundations in reading, writing, and communication, using engaging, child-centered approaches that nurture both confidence and curiosity. In my role as a phonics coordinator, I have worked closely with children at different stages of their literacy journey, including those who benefit from additional support to develop their skills.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate, take risks, and enjoy the process of learning.

I teach in English and work with both young learners beginning their phonics journey, as well as older second-language learners looking to improve their reading, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.

I take pride in being professional, reliable, and dedicated to helping each learner reach their full potential. I look forward to supporting you or your child on this learning journey.

About the lesson

I offer engaging, play-based lessons designed to build strong foundations in reading, writing, and communication. As an experienced Early Years teacher and phonics coordinator, my approach is child-centred, nurturing, and tailored to each learner’s pace, interests, and confidence level.

What makes my teaching unique is my focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where learners feel safe to explore, make mistakes, and grow in confidence. Through my “Curious Hedgehog Club” approach, I use meaningful, interactive phonics strategies to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

I am proficient in English and teach in English.

A typical lesson includes a warm welcome, interactive phonics or literacy activities, and opportunities for learners to practise and apply their skills in an engaging way, with ongoing encouragement and feedback.

My lessons are ideal for young learners beginning their phonics journey, as well as older second-language learners who would like to build confidence in reading, pronunciation, and communication.
