About Bridget
Hello! My name is Bridget, and I am a native Yoruba speaker from Nigeria with a degree in Yoruba Education from Obafemi Awolowo University. I am passionate about helping people learn the Yoruba language and appreciate its rich culture, traditions, and history. I have taught students of different ages and backgrounds, and I enjoy creating a friendly, patient, and encouraging learning environment. Whether you are learning Yoruba for travel, family, business, academic purposes, or personal interest, I will guide you step by step at your own pace. My lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for an exam, reconnecting with your heritage, or improving your conversational skills. I teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural expressions using interactive activities, real-life conversations, stories, songs, and role-playing. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because that's how real learning happens. At the end of each lesson, you'll have practical knowledge you can confidently use in everyday situations
