About Jovita
Mambo! My name is Jovita and I was born and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Swahili is my native language and my passion.
I am not a boring teacher with textbooks. I am a friendly local who will teach you how to speak real Swahili that people use every day in the markets, in daladalas, and with family.
I am very patient and I love helping beginners. I understand that learning a new language can feel scary, so I create a fun, safe space where you can make mistakes and laugh with me.
My goal is to give you confidence to speak. In just 5 lessons, you will be able to introduce yourself, order food, and have a simple conversation with a Tanzanian.
