About Cissa
I studied Portuguese as a teacher at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). Then I completed the master's degree in literature at the UFF. I am currently doing my doctorate in literary studies with a translation project.
For the past 6 years, I've basically spent half of my time teaching in schools / courses and the other half doing research. Both are my passion! I look forward to helping you with Portuguese :)

My lessons are based on the wishes and needs of the students, I use different materials with a focus on speaking, listening, writing and reading. My goal is to take you step by step to get you to master Portuguese.
And if you are interested in Brazilian cinema, literature, music, I would be happy to show you a bit of our culture in the course :)
