My 1-to-1 approach to teaching French, using conventional delivery as well as technology:
1. Student's level assessment.
2. Confidence building by showing and explaining similarities between French and English.
3. Introduction to pronouns and articles and how they must agree with the nouns in gender and number.
4. Introduction to vowel combinations and pronunciation.
5. Pronunciation of whole words.
6. Introduction to essential verbs to start building sentences.
7. Conjugation of learned verbs in the present tense.
8. Writing simple sentences using present tense and variation of pronouns and articles.
9. Introduction to other tenses.
10. Consolidation of listening comprehension and speaking in a natural progression.
