About Sayedeh samina

I was born in Tehran, Iran, and lived there for eight years before moving to the United States. I continue to visit Iran every summer, which has helped me stay deeply connected to the language and culture. Persian (Farsi) is my mother tongue, and I’ve made it a priority to maintain fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Even after moving abroad, I continued improving my Farsi and speak the language exclusively at home with my parents.

In addition to conversational fluency, I have a cultural background in classical Persian literature and poetry. I’ve studied the works of iconic poets such as Rumi, Hafez, and Saadi, and I’m passionate about sharing the richness of Persian literary with others—whether through tutoring, interpretation, or cultural discussions.
