About Laura
I am a native Italian from Lake Como. I have been cooking since I was a young girl, with my granny and my mom as the two major teachers.
Growing up I developed my skills with allot of reading, attending classes and tons of hours spent in the kitchen.
When I moved to London 20 years ago, I brought with me my Imperia pasta maker because no matter what ,food was, is and always will be my passion.
Cooking can be overwhelming for someone but I know that with preparation, knowledge and experience, I will help you master your best Italian meal, stress free.

I will teach you the basics of Italian cuisine to master your favourite dish.
If you know the basics already and you want to be more adventurous, I can teach you some more elaborated recipes.
