Native German teacher with over 10 years of experience with adults, from beginner to advanced, certification prep., and fun lessons with lots of variety. Including German-Swiss differences.

Claudia is an enthusiastic, friendly and engaging instructor who brings years of experience working with students at all levels of proficiency in German. She helped me work towards my goal of learning rudimentary German and building the most useful vocabulary in preparation for my coming move to Germany. Taking lessons with her felt more like chatting with a friend instead of just sitting in a classroom. Highly recommend her!

I had online lessons with Claudia for several months. She is very skilled in vocabulary and grammar. Claudia was very flexible regarding class dates when I was traveling or on vacation. She also customized my lessons to fit my day-to-day life for doctor's appointments, shopping for household items and provided many recommendations for travel to enhance my experience.

I have been taking German classes with Profesor Claudia for 5 months and I have notice how my German has improved. The classes are really personalized, she’s really patient, she has given me all the resources for the classes and she gives me extra exercises if I need them. If I have to choose again I will choose Claudia as my German professor.

Claudia is really engaged with their students. She makes sure you have available the materials, information for you to succeed.

I was getting ready for a travel to Berlin for studies and she helped me in a few months to have the skills I needed for my studies abroad.

I also had always in Claudia a professor willing to help me when things were confusing or hard she was ready to make sure you have them cleared out.

If you are starting or getting ready to engage in some serious German challenges Claudia is your choice. I would definitively recommend you to have Claudia on your side.

She is clear and concise but willing to go slow if you need it. I would notice that you need to be willing to do your homework and pay attention, because Claudia lessons are full with usefull and pertinent information. I miss taking lessons with her but if you take their courses I'm sure you will get the most out of your time.

German is a less daunting language to learn with her help.

I'm happy to share my experience as a student of Claudia Anneliese. I'm taking German lessons with her and I know her since 2022. I can absolutely recommend her as she is very professional, knowledgeable but also friendly and funny, the learning journey becomes something you can enjoy. My mother tongue is Spanish and it has been a great advantage that she can speak German and Spanish as mother languages but also she can easily switch to English to provide additional examples, in order to finally understand German grammar, this versatility has been a game changer. I also like that she always gets ready for the lessons, she has very useful material on hand that helps to immediately clarify any question. Her teaching style is dynamic and to the point, her lessons have helped me to learn the language, I can recognize that I'm gaining confidence to speak better and more fluently.

Wish you the best,
Joana Cardona

Claudia helped me pass my German certification exam, she is a great teacher and I truly believe I could not have done it without her help. She is great in class and outside of it, checking up and following up on any work she left for you. She always knew what would work best for me and I really appreciated it!! She's the best teacher.

I took classes from Claudia when I first started my move to Germany. She is an excellent teacher and clarified any and all doubts I had. We worked on multiple coursebooks, lessons, videos and she helped me understand the language to a greater depth. Highly recommend her for German classes!!

Claudia was my German teacher for over a year when I first moved to Germany. We had weekly hourlong sessions. Sometimes we worked through a coursebook, where I would do lessons in realtime with her assistance, and other times I would request a special topic (for example: phrases used when walking a dog) and she would prepare a lesson customized for me.
I learned a lot from Claudia and eventually was able to pass an official B-1 certification.
She's an excellent teacher, very easy to talk to, and willing to be flexible to explore any subject that happens to be relevant to the student or applicable to their studies. My wife and I both took lessons from her after we moved to Germany. Both of us learned a lot and would look forward to the lessons every week.
I would absolutely recommend her to others who are looking to learn German. I'm now very comfortable conversing in German, and I owe a very large part of that to Claudia!

Claudia is a great teacher, she helped me with my initial process in learning German and her classes were filled with variety of exercises and also a lot of help regarding the culture and mi arrival.

I had the fortune of having Professor Claudia as my German instructor for six months. With no prior knowledge of the language, she guided me patiently, explaining every detail meticulously. Her teaching methods are exceptional; she takes you step by step, ensuring that you understand and can easily communicate. She not only taught me German but also inspired me to love the learning process. I highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to learn German effectively and enjoyably way

I highly recommend Claudia, who I had for two years during my time in the US. She used great methods that made learning fun and effective. Her classes were always interesting, with a mix of discussions, writing, and multimedia resources.

She is very dedicated and always ready to help. She gave me extra support when I needed it and provided useful feedback that helped me improve. Thanks to her, my English skills got much better.

I've known Claudia for almost three years now and she really stands out for her sympathy, expertise and teaching skills that really help you achieve your goals. I am so grateful to her because I have reached the B2 level of German in a very short time. She is so patient and really encourages you to learn. Without a doubt, I can highly recommend her.

I took German lessons from Claudia via zoom in preparation for a B1 certification exam. I comfortably passed the exam! Though I had had some German instruction in the past, my knowledge was spotty and mostly forgotten. Claudia guided me through A2, jumping back to earlier lessons where I had gaps. She helped me choose complementary books and workbooks, and she built custom lessons to focus on topics I needed for day to day life in Germany. My German is much _much_ better as a result of my time with Claudia.

As a teacher, I found Claudia to be adaptable and engaged in my specific needs. Though the textbook provides the backbone of the lessons, the content was customized to my day to day needs. She was also super efficient at following up with any notes or open questions after our lessons, so I always had everything we covered in my inbox.

I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to improve their German!

Claudia is a fantastic teacher. She brings a positive attitude with each lesson. She is very patient and will help work through any question you have. She made learning a new language fun and achievable! By far the best German teacher I have worked with.

Claudia was a great deutsche instructor. She took the time needed to make sure I understood the concepts of a what I consider is a difficult language. I would highly recommend her as an instructor!
