About Miriam
I am a German native speaker and have been teaching German for the last three years. Amongst my multiple teaching jobs is the InFront language school in Zurich, where I taught adults in groups from one to ten several times a week. I am currently studying English Literature and Politics at the University of Sheffield.

I believe that the key to a successful life in a modern, multilingual society is learning new languages. In my classes, I believe that it is important to have a balance between teaching grammar and speaking. In all my lessons I try to include lots of speaking exercises, where the grammar topics are applied.

If I have to travel more than twenty minutes to get to the lessons, the hourly rate increases by £1 per five minutes added travel time. I won't travel more than three miles to get to a student.
