About Pauline

My name is Pauline and I'm 18 years old, but don't let my young age fool you, I'm a real pro at French as it's my native language and I still practice it on a daily basis! I am currently studying at Trinity College Dublin History of Art and Architecture for the next 4 years.
I am a young girl motivated to pass on my knowledge and help anyone progress :)

About the lesson

- Imagine yourself in a café talking about your daily life with a friend. Topics will be chosen and I will use articles, videos, tweets, all sorts of media that you can draw on to improve your reading and listening comprehension, but also your ability to develop a conversation with vocabulary and verbs related to the topic.
Autonomy is important but I put more emphasis on oral practice because I find it more spontaneous and I think it is the most efficient way to learn a language and improve your accent (I went through this with English ;)).

- I am of course open to any proposal of methodology and approach, because I want to be sure that the student feels comfortable and progresses at his own pace, in a framework he is used to.

-The above proposals are not suitable for younger children, for whom, of course, I will opt for playful activities, really step by step, to make them love the language before they want to practice it.

-I am a patient person and I love teaching. I am really excited about helping people progress in a friendly and respectful environment.
